- We carefully inspect the item before shipment.

- And your satisfaction is important to us.

- After receiving the product, If you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your order, you can return and get exchange or refund if satisfy below conditions.

- First, you must notify to us by email within 7 days of delivery for return (helpdesk@trendkorean.com).

- All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition (Occasion that product has the box for itself only).

- We will refuse all items that are not in the conditions stated above and we are not responsible for sending back those items to you.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

* In case of cancelation customer's order by customer after returning their shipped item back, we will refund their money without shipping fee as soon as possible(during one or two business days).
