- Recipe of 'Bulgogi' -
* Ingredients of 'Bulgogi'
- 600g(1.3lb) beef (Sirloin or Rib eye) for 'Bulgogi'
- 'Bulgogi' marinade 140g(4.9oz) or more
- Shiitake mushroom or Enokitake(winter) mushroom
- Onions
- Carrots
- Spring onions
- How to make -

1. Wipe off any blood of beef with kitchen towel.
2. Remove muscles, and fat.
3. Cut into 5cm x 10cm pieces.


4. Pour marinade into a bowl.
5. Mix the meat with marinade by hand in the bowl.
6. Allow to stand for about 30 minute or longer.
(for a better taste, put in the refrigerator 8 hours or more)


7. Place the beef with vegetables on a hot pan to cook.
8. Turn it over.
