Basically,  we support combined shipping and shipping fees are automatically calculated.

We do not deceive shipping date! After receive your items, compare postmarked date with shipping date.

We have 3 types of carriers.

1. EMS (Up to 30kg) -  3 - 5 business days to reach after shipment and support worldwide full tracking service.

After shipping, you will receive the tracking number by email that was registered on shopping mall and you can trace your shipment at here.

2. Small Packet(Registered Mail, Up to 2kg) - 7 - 10 bussiness days (In the case of USA) after shipment and are shipped via post airmail with tracking and drop-off without signature.

3. Sea Mail (Up to 20 kg) - 50 - 60 days after shipment and are shipped via post sea mail with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Delivery time for each region are as follows. 

 * Very long delivery time, but very cheap shipping fee. 

'International Sea mail' available countries.

Packages are generally dispatched within Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. If you buy several goods in one order, you can reduce shipping fees if set by 1.9kg within calculating well weight of product that is explained on product explanation "DATA SHEET" section (0.1kg for packaging).

Except for some products such as jewelry boxes, we use of reusable plastic packaging with sufficient bubble cushioning materials to reduce shipping weight.

But we sure that this plastic packagings are well protect your items.

* Please note that buyers are responsible for VAT or any other customs charges that may be incurred during customs clearance in buyer's country.

 * In case of returning back purchased item, customer must check again their shipping address and inform us as soon as possible.

In this case, customer shoud pay again shipping fee and returing postal fee .

In case of cancelation their order after returning their shipped item back, we will refund their money without shipping fee as soon as possible(during one or two business days).
